  • Dates are reserved when we have received a non-refundable booking fee. We will use this booking fee as a credit towards your final bill. The easiest way to start your event planning is to complete and electronically submit a Request For Proposal to the Expo. We will then provide your information about date(s) availability, costs and options.

  • No, there is no outside liquor allowed on the grounds. The Expo offers a variety of bar service packages we will work with you to choose a bar package that will fit your needs and budget.

  • Security is required for events with overnight camping and ALL events where alcohol is served.

  • We do require a general liability policy with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage.

  • The Expo West, Expo East and the 4H buildings are heated and air conditioned. The Buggy Wheel Pavilion and the livestock barns do not have heat or air conditioning.
