Big or small, we do it all! Wedding receptions, social events, corporate events, trade shows, car & motorcycle shows, boat shows, RV shows, horse and dog & cat shows, concerts, fundraisers, fairs, tractor pulls, seminars, meetings, circuses, and company picnics are just a sample of what we do.

Dates are reserved when we have received a non-refundable booking fee. We will use this booking fee as a credit towards your final bill. The easiest way to start your event planning is to complete and electronically submit a Request For Proposal to the Expo. We will then provide your information about date(s) availability, costs and options.

No, there is no outside liquor allowed on the grounds. The Expo offers a variety of bar service packages we will work with you to choose a bar package that will fit your needs and budget.

Yes. We have a list of approved licensed and experience caterers and concessions providers that you can choose from.

Security is required for events with overnight camping and ALL events where alcohol is served.

We do require a general liability policy with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage.

Yes, we have FREE wireless internet.

The Expo West, Expo East and the 4H buildings are heated and air conditioned. The Buggy Wheel Pavilion and the livestock barns do not have heat or air conditioning.
