The Porter County Expo offers a wide variety of choices of bar service packages for your event.

Our event specialists will work with you to choose a bar package that fits the needs of your event.

OB1

OPEN BAR SERVICE

We will run a tab for the host for all drinks consumed.  

We will assist you in determining the types of brands and liquors offered, as well as the time period.

CB1

CASH BAR SERVICE

Your guests pay for each drink as they are ordered by cash or debit/credit card. 
We will assist you in determining the types of brands and liquors offered, as well as the time period.


BP11BAR PACKAGE #1

This package includes beer, wine and soft drinks at the rate of $18 per guest for 5 hours. 
Additional hour available at $3.50 per guest. Maximum of 6 hours.
Choice of 2 draft beers: Coors Light, Miller Light, Miller Genuine Draft, Yuengling.
 Choice of 3 house wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Rose, Moscato.
Seltzer:  White Claw
Soft drinks: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Starry

BAR PACKAGE #2

This package includes house mixed drinks, beer, wine and soft drinks at the rate of $23 per guest for 5 hours. 
Additional hour available at $4.50 per guest. Maximum of 6 hours.
House Liquors: Tito's, Bacardi, Captain Morgan, Malibu, Dewars, Jim Beam, Seagrams 7, Jose Cuervo, Bombay Sapphire, Peach Schnapps, Amaretto.
Choice of 2 draft beers: Coors Light, Miller Light, Miller Genuine Draft, Yuengling.

BAR PACKAGE #3

This package includes premium & house mixed drinks, beer, wine and soft drinks at the rate of $25 per guest guest for 5 hours. 
Additional available at $5.00 per guest. Maximum of 6 hours.
Premium Liquors: Absolut, Jack Daniels, Crown Royal, Tanqueray, Chivas
House Liquors: Tito's, Bacardi, Captain Morgan, Malibu, Dewars, Jim Beam, Seagrams 7, Jose Quervo, Bombay Sapphire, Peach Schnapps, Amaretto.
Choice of 2 draft beers: Coors Light, Miller Light, Miller Genuine Draft, Yuengling, Seasonal

NON-ALCOHOLIC PACKAGE

This package includes soft drinks and juices at the rate of $8 per guest for 5 hours.

BARTENDERS

Our licensed and experienced bartenders are charged at the rate of $15 per bartender per hour.
The number of bartenders needed will be determined by our event specialist and based on the type of bar service, hours of service and guest counts.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When selecting a bar package for adults, guests under age 21 will be charged at the rate of $8 per person.
7% Indiana sales tax will be added to all invoices.
Prices are subject to change. 
The Porter County Expo holds our own liquor license, therefore it is illegal under Indiana state law to furnish your own liquor or bring it onto our grounds. 
Guests must be age 21 or older to be served alcohol. ID's may be requested. 
Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. 
The Porter County Expo requires security at any event where alcohol is served through the Porter County Sheriff Department and it is the responsibility of the organizer to pay for the security. 
The number of security personnel required will be determined by the event specialist. 
Security is charged at the rate of $50 per man hour.
The Expo will handle setting security up for you.
